Australian Jazz Forum - get involved
Thanks to everyone who attended the Australian Jazz Forum on Saturday 26 September - over 70 people gathered to discuss ways forward for Australia's jazz sector.
With broad representation from across the nation's jazz community, it was a great way to kick off a collective effort to make sure jazz is properly considered as part of the upcoming Parliamentary Inquiry into Australia’s creative and cultural industries and institutions.
But Saturday's Australian Jazz Forum was just the start - there are a bunch of things to do over the next few weeks before the Inquiry's deadline of Oct 22nd.

Regardless of the source, MURAL will be updated with new information as it comes in, so keep checking in there as a central point. Let's make the most of what it offers - and big thanks to Emma Jones for setting it all up for this project.
